Will you ever contact our clients directly to generate new work for yourselves? +

Never. Your client is your client. We are there to support your delivery, and that’s where our interest ends. We do not prospect or sell directly to your clients, whether we’re working under your brand or openly as your partner.

Do you prefer working directly with the client or under our brand? +

We prefer direct contact, it’s faster, the client gets a better experience, and it reduces the management burden on you. But if you need us to work under your brand, we can do that too. We sign NDAs as standard for those arrangements.

How do your rates work? +

We give partner agencies a clear rate card upfront. You know exactly what we cost. We never go over agreed hours or fees without your explicit approval. You can mark up however you need to, we don’t have visibility of your client pricing.

Can you take on ongoing client support after we've delivered a project? +

Yes, and it’s one of the most common arrangements we have. You deliver the project, we take on the ongoing support retainer. Your client gets SLA-backed support with 1-hour critical response. You retain the overall client relationship without the overhead of ongoing technical support in-house.

Do you do QA on everything? +

Yes. We have dedicated QA professionals, separate from the development team, who test everything before it leaves us. Functional testing, cross-device, regression, and sign-off against the original brief. Nothing ships until it passes.

We have Figma designs, can you just build from those? +

Absolutely. Share the files, we’ll clarify scope, agree hours and fees upfront, build in a development environment, and deliver with QA sign-off. Any platform. Any framework.
