Our WordPress site is down. How quickly can you help?
Retainer clients get a developer allocated to a P1 critical issue within one hour during business hours, 6am to 8pm, and that time is never deducted from their plan. If you’re not yet a client, call 01429 555088 or report a critical issue.
Our site has been hacked. Can you clean it up?
Yes. We remove the malicious code, check for backdoors and changes to core files, close the vulnerability that was exploited and harden the site so it doesn’t happen again.
Can you take over a site our previous developer built?
Yes. Most sites we support were built by someone else, often with no documentation. Onboarding usually takes a few days, and we never work on your live site until it’s in place.
How much does WordPress support cost?
