WooCommerce support

WooCommerce support that fixes the cause, not the symptom.

Senior WooCommerce developers for stores where checkout, payments and subscriptions simply have to work, including stores we didn't build.

“Their expertise got to the root cause quickly and fixed our original setup, the one we feared we would have to rebuild.”
Neal Rawlinson, Chief Growth Officer

Case study · My GSN

Fixing the store they feared they'd have to rebuild.

My GSN sells through separate Retail and Wholesale WooCommerce sites on one WordPress multisite. Their subscription plugin had been broken for weeks and the previous agency couldn't fix it.

  • Isolated the faultUsing the working Wholesale journey as a comparison, we traced the failures to the Retail PayPal flow without touching the parts that worked.
  • Fixed the paymentsWe reviewed the PayPal configuration, reconnected it with new API credentials, and added debugging across requests, webhooks, logs and order creation.
  • Stopped the duplicate chargesWhen subscription customers were later charged twice, we traced the renewal logic, tested the correction and deployed it safely.
  • Kept them tradingTwo separate payment faults resolved without replacing the platform.

Why stores come to us

WooCommerce developers for when it really matters.

WooCommerce is flexible, affordable and runs a huge number of UK stores. That flexibility is also its weak spot. A store is only as reliable as its plugins, theme and hosting, and when one of them changes, something else can quietly break.

Sometimes it’s obvious: the checkout stops working or the payment gateway starts failing. Sometimes it’s slow and silent, like subscription renewals going wrong or orders no longer reaching the warehouse. Either way, the usual answers are a sticking plaster or a quote for a rebuild.

We do neither. Our senior WooCommerce developers find the root cause, fix it on staging, and release it safely with a rollback path. We’re based in Hartlepool and support WooCommerce stores across the UK and further afield. In 26 years there hasn’t been a platform we couldn’t support.

WooCommerce support

The problems we fix every week.

If any of these sound familiar, we can help, usually without starting again.

Checkout and payment failures

Gateway faults with Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and Worldpay, traced through plugin conflicts, webhooks, SSL and changed API settings.

Subscriptions

Failed renewals, wrong renewal dates and duplicate charges, fixed in the recurring payment logic itself.

Plugin conflicts and updates

Auto-updates that break things, conflicting plugins isolated on staging, and updates tested before they reach your live store.

Slow stores

Too many plugins, unoptimised images, poor caching and heavy theme code, fixed without a redesign.

Broken integrations

ERP, 3PL, CRM and marketing connections that have stopped syncing, often with no documentation left behind.

Custom functionality

Custom WooCommerce plugins and PHP extensions for trade pricing, quote requests, configurators and loyalty, built to WordPress standards.

“They stabilised the platform, kept us trading, and removed a huge amount of stress.”
Neal Rawlinson Chief Growth Officer

Questions

WooCommerce support FAQs

Our WooCommerce checkout has stopped working. What should we do?

Call us on 01429 555088 or report a critical issue. Retainer clients get a developer allocated within one hour during business hours, and they stay on it until it’s resolved.

Can you take over a store from our previous developer?

Yes, even without a handover. During onboarding, which usually takes a few days, we map the plugins, theme, custom code and integrations ourselves. We never work on your live store until that’s done.

We've been told we need a rebuild. Do we?

Possibly not. My GSN were facing a £60k rebuild and needed a fix instead. If a rebuild genuinely is the right call, we’ll say so honestly, and our new development team can help.

How much does WooCommerce support cost?

WooCommerce sits in our Standard band, with monthly plans from £400 to £6,400 a month ex VAT, or a 5-hour pack at £400 if you only need occasional help. See pricing.
