Magento 2 & Adobe Commerce
Magento support from developers who know it inside out.
Senior Magento 2 developers who keep complex stores stable, secure and improving, including the ones other agencies built and left behind.
Why Magento is different
Magento is powerful. It's also unforgiving.
Magento runs some of the most complex stores in the UK: large catalogues, B2B pricing, quotation flows, multiple store views and deep ERP integrations. That power comes with a cost. One extension update can break checkout, indexing can grind to a halt, and a store that has passed through several agencies can become very hard to change safely.
Many retailers find good Magento developers are hard to come by. Generalists patch the symptoms, and each patch makes the next problem harder to fix. Before long someone suggests a full rebuild.
We’ve worked with Magento for over a decade. Our Magento 2 developers work within Magento’s own architecture, diagnose the root cause, test fixes on staging and release them with a rollback path. We’ll tell you honestly when an upgrade or a rebuild is genuinely needed, and we’ll tell you just as honestly when it isn’t.

-
01
Map the order process
We traced how orders and data passed between Magento and Epicor, and found exactly where the integration was failing.
-
02
Stabilise the store
Security vulnerabilities, navigation bugs and quotation errors were fixed first, so the integration was built on solid ground.
-
03
Fix the integration
We corrected the integration logic and data handling, and established a stable connection between Magento and Epicor.

04
Redesign and support
We redesigned the site, moved and optimised the hosting, and now support and develop the platform on a retainer.

Magento support FAQs
Can you take over a Magento store with no documentation?
Yes. We regularly take on Magento stores with little or no handover. During onboarding, which usually takes a few days, we map the codebase, extensions and integrations ourselves, and we never work on your live store until that’s in place.
Our checkout broke after an extension update. What should we do?
Treat it as critical. Retainer clients get a developer allocated to a P1 issue within one hour during business hours, and that time isn’t deducted from their plan. If you’re not yet a client, call 01429 555088 or report a critical issue.
We're on an old version of Magento. Do we have to upgrade?
Older versions carry real security risk, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of yours. Where possible we can apply targeted security patches without a full upgrade, so you can plan the upgrade on your terms.
How much does Magento support cost?
Magento 2 sits in our Complex band, with monthly plans from £450 to £7,200 a month ex VAT. Version updates are available as an add-on at £450 a month, extension updates at £250, or both for £700. See pricing.
